How long does it take to get my phone repaired?

Most cell phone repairs are done within 30 - 60 minutes.

Does it take longer if we are busy?

Not usually. We are always busy! Our corporate location usually has 5 technicians working at the same time. This ensures that no matter how busy we are we are always repairing all devices quickly, and efficiently. Sometimes we will quote 1 - 2 hours just to be safe. We want to make sure your repair is done perfectly.

How long to change a battery?

If you are in a rush we can replace your battery in 30 minutes. However, we usually recommend that you give us 1 - 2 hours, or sometimes longer for charging problems. We want to monitor your phone and make sure we fix your problem properly the first time.

Do I need an appointment?

No. You dont even have to call again. Just come on in. We will help you very quickly.

How do I know you have the part in stock?
