About the facilitator - Mark Ross
Mark Ross is a local meditation teacher who has been guiding people into greater peace and clarity for the past five years. After enduring an intense period of alcohol addiction and depression in his late twenties, he experienced a spontaneous opening which began to shift his sense of identity into a deep sense of silence and peace. This realization continues to deepen and moves him to share his understanding with those who feel called to investigate their true nature.
