One to one meetings are an invitation to explore your unique journey into deeper peace, happiness and clarity. The aim of these sessions are designed to free you from:
- Obsessive thoughts
- Judgement & self doubt
- Black & white thinking
- Catastrophizing
- Constant worry, anxiety & fear

One hour session breakdown:

a) 30 minute guided meditation
b) 20 minute discussion and sharing

- In this portion of the session we will investigate the meditative process together and will explore the practice of resting into Awareness.
- You will be provided with personalized attention and guidance specific to your journey.
- We will explore common obstacles encountered on the path and how to move through them.
- This time is open for you to ask questions and to share your insights.

c) 10 minute homework and skill development

You will be provided with some meditations, contemplations and practical tools that you can take into your everyday life. The homework will give you an opportunity to apply what we cover in the individual sessions.

* The objective of the private session is to teach you effective skills that will enable to you to gain deep understanding, insight and mastery over your mind.

Throughout each session we will explore the following:

1) How to shift your attention off of the internal thought chatter.
2) How to dis-identify from the ego or mind created sense of self.
3) Methods for moving beyond routine anxiety and fear.
4) Finding true acceptance and healing at the centre of every experience.
4) Practical and easy to apply techniques for deepening into the peace, ease and stillness of the present moment.
