Hello! I’m a housecleaner with a clean criminal record check available for your peace of mind! Non-Judgmental - Pet Friendly - Flexible I also have a team member available if you require two cleaners or if you just need the job done faster! Available 9:30am-5:00 Monday to Friday! *please see my remaining available spots at the bottom of this ad* I primarily work in Northeast , Northwest, and Downtown Edmonton. - that said, I do have some clients in Sherwood park and south Edmonton it just may change my availability if you are outside of my primary cleaning area. Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one time cleans! I don’t mind pets! I don’t mind mess! You don’t need to be home! Services include but are not limited to: - standard clean - deep clean - move in/out clean - laundry - organizing - lawn care (mowing, raking, snow removal)

For one cleaner: $30/hr - cleaning supplies provided by you $35/hour - cleaning supplies provided by me * minimum 3 hours per clean ($90+) For two cleaners: $55/hr - cleaning supplies provided by you $60/hr - cleaning supplies provided by us * minimum 3 hours per clean ($165+)

• flat rates are available for select jobs • a list of required cleaning products and equipment will be provided. Most households will already have all the required items I just like to make sure required items are in the home to ensure the best cleaning result. • when I provide the cleaning supplies you are still required to provide the required cleaning equipment such as a mop, vacuum, broom, toilet brush, carpet cleaner, and so forth. ____________ REMAINING SPACES LEFT IN MY SCHEDULE

THINGS TO NOTE: • full payment is required upon my arrival. I accept cash, e-transfer, debit, or credit card. I do this to ensure I am not taken advantage of. This is the reason why the email I use for e-transfer does not have auto deposit, I want my customers to have the same peace of mind. • If for any reason it feels unsafe for me to remain and complete the job I have the right to leave without providing any refund.
