Husband and Wife team with 10+ yrs of airbnb hosting and cohosting experience have an opening in our roster to look after your home/cottage. Our past experience has been mainly working with homeowners who are living outside of Ontario, so we are comfortable handling any situation that can arise.
With a strong, reliable work ethic, we endeavor to care for your home/cottage rental as if it were our own. Taking on only 5 clients at any given time, you can be sure you are always a priority. Offering service for full co-hosting management or just the regular turnover/cleaning & set up, we can accommodate your needs. Full inside and outdoor tasks completed with care, all details addressed.
We Can:
- manage airbnb site, vetting customers and attending to all the booking details & communication
- co-ordinate thorough indoor cleaning and set up for guests
- maintain the outdoor grounds and property
- stock/maintain supplies
- work with Fabricare for all laundry needs
- we can tend to minor household emergencies, but have community partners at hand if more serious problems arise
- flexible and willing to work with your needs on a % or hourly rate.
