Residential/ air bnb/ commercial cleaning

Good day , we are a small family run business looking to expand our clientele. Residential cleaning ( prices vary depending on state of home/ apartment and the size) : weekly, biweekly, monthly cleans all tailored to your specific needs. AIR BNB : 1 year experience so are quite familiar with the workings of it . ( Starting rates are 80$) Commercial settings : experienced in sanitation process, floor cleaning any other tasks as needed . Our small team is very thorough and detail oriented. Please feel free to reach out for more details. On any cleaning job we come with anything and everything needed to do a thorough cleaning of your space. We do offer a choice of cleaning products used either chemical based or eco friendly plant based cleaners. If your space is carpeted we have an excellent steam cleaner. For mopping of floors, we use a regular spin mop, swiffer, or steam mop for more thorough sanitizing of floors, this is especially ideal for homes with pets and young ones as there are no chemicals used. For residential cleans : bigger spaces have two cleaners to get the job done in a more timely manner, this also applies for deep cleans as well. After every client all equipment is sanitized appropriately to ensure no germs or dirt travels to other clients. Our business charges a set rate , we do not charge hourly, please inquire for more information. For commercial settings payment rate can be negotiated. And a heads up that our rates are subject to change in particular if the home or air bnb is quite messy and requires extra cleaning that is not considered regular, and the extra time taken to do so. Also, we are all free of any criminal convictions ( so if required we can do criminal record checks for you) , references can also be provided upon your request.
