You have free wifi and all bills are paid so all you have to worry about is the rent.
You get your own front entrance with tons of parking. You would be the only one that can enter the office but you would have to share a washroom with the store next door, in the same building. The office has another door from which you can enter the washroom.
The office is zoned for most anything and is 16 feet by 14 feet, you can even have use of the large desk.
There is just the one room/office so there is no "waiting room" so this would work for an accountant where you just use the office to work from or meet people one on one.
Located in Lindsay. The picture of the intersection is hwy 36 and Queen Street. I am on Pigeon Lake Road, number 16.
This is a nice quiet area just on the edge of town with lots of parking out front by your door.
There is even a place for your sign and I have a pal that could put up a sign on both sides for under $300
You can drop by at anytime between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Saturday.
