We are offering a commercial licensed healthy kitchen / bakery in one or more kitchen zones for rental by 4 hour blocks. (Available times below)

We offer significant discounts if you rent multiple blocks per week. A minimum of 4 hours per week paid monthly is required.

NO FRYERS, NO CHAR GRILL

Our current zones and pricing are: Rental Zones - Hot Kitchen/bakery - Zone 1 - Downstairs – Convection Oven, 2 standard ranges, 2 standard ovens, flat top grill, 20 qt mixer, 3 tables, shared sinks - Bakery/Prep/Packing - Zone 3 - Upstairs - 15 qt mixer, 5 qt mixer, cake decorating stand, small batch testing oven, induction burner, 4 tables, shared sinks

Prices - Zone 1 - hot kitchen - starting at $17/hr - Zone 3- starting at $12/hr

Fees for storage and refrigeration. Base rates - Dry Storage - Shelf equivalent - $20/month - Chilled Storage – Shelf - $30/month - Frozen Storage – Shelf - $30/month - Stand-up Single Door Cooler - $100/month

Mondays – Available All Day Tuesdays – Midnight to 6am, noon to midnight Wednesdays – Midnight to 4:00am, noon to 6:30pm Thursdays – Midnight to 2:30am, 7:30am to Midnight Fridays – Midnight to 7:30am, 6:30pm - Midnight Saturdays – Fully Booked Sundays – Midnight to 6:30am, 4:30pm to midnight

Mondays – Midnight to 9am, 6pm to Midnight Tuesdays – Midnight to 9am, 6pm to Midnight Wednesdays - Midnight to 9am Thursdays – Midnight to 9am, 6pm to Midnight Fridays - Midnight to 9am Saturdays – Midnight to 8am Sundays – Midnight to 11:30am, 4:30pm to Midnight

Terms You will be required to have business insurance, a food handlers certificate and valid photo id. A damage/cleaning deposit will be required. We are located at Weber and Columbia in Waterloo.
