There is a main floor washroom as well as a main reception space with seating upon entering the unit. The space is professionally cleaned on a regular basis and we maintain a quiet professional atmosphere. Conveniently located in close proximity to Baseline Road and Broadmoor Blvd. The room(s) can be in use anytime required by the practitioner within reasonable business hours of operation during the weekdays and/or weekends. Subletting this space will not be permitted.

This space would be ideal for anyone looking to branch out on their own or move from a home base to a commercial space that only require 1 room. The space is a low start up cost in comparison to most commercial leases on the market with a shorter term available than most agreements. Looking for a practitioner who currently has their own clientele/business who will continue to manage their own practice and clients and must provide their own supplies to sustain their own practice.

Provided on site is internet/WIFI, a security/alarm system, common area camera for added safety, water available on site, hand soap, toilet paper, washer/dryer, a mini fridge, microwave and paper towels. All are provided for general common space use and safety. Utilities are also included in the rental rate.
