Position: Rental Inside Sales Advisor (RISA)
Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available – hours of operation are currently Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 9am-5pm
Location: Cambridge Office
Hours of Work: Varies
Reports to: RISA Supervisor

Primary Mission: In order to meet and support the company’s customer retention and growth strategy, this position is responsible for retaining and growing our rental customer base through the promotion of our rental value proposition.

o Through the handling of inbound calls and written correspondence, retain existing customers who are thinking of leaving the rental program by identifying the customer issue/need, educating and promoting the rental value proposition and taking the necessary actions to meet those needs
o Assist customers with equipment conversion requests
o Successfully present our rental program to customers in a professional manner
o Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
o Identify new reasons that customers are leaving Reliance Home Comfort and offer solutions
o Identify competitive activities, changes in the market and recommend ideas to counteract their activities
o If unsuccessful in saving a customer, articulate the applicable options and process the corresponding account closures as per the terms and conditions
o Ensure all leads are followed up on within the standards established and measure results
o Meet and exceed individual, team and company objectives

o 2 years of customer service experience in a call centre environment
o Retention/customer loyalty or inside sales experience preferred
o Comfortable and driven to work towards personal and team targets/objectives and able to accept feedback on performance metrics
o Professional and customer focused - experience interacting with both internal and external customers
o Proven, excellent communication skills, strong influence and negotiation skills
o Sound problem solving and trouble shooting ability with strong attention to detail and accuracy
o Flexibility in work schedule – able to work evenings and weekends
o Ability to learn new things and adapt to change
o Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced team environment
o Displays persistence and is goal oriented
o Comfortable with computers and working knowledge of Windows products
o Technical aptitude – able to manage multiple systems while interacting with a customer
o University or college education preferred
