Branch Manager, Oilfield Services

**PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION IS BASED IN GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB**

Reporting to the General Manager, the Branch Manager has responsibility for all aspects of operations including safety, customer satisfaction, productivity and profitability. The Branch Manager will lead a team of motivated individuals to profitably grow the business in accordance with the strategic plan developed in conjunction with the Executive Team.

Education, Experience, Technical Qualifications
•Strong communicator with ability to inspire and drive results through people
•5+ years of Operations experience
•Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a strong safety culture
•Minimum of two years of experience in business management, planning and financial oversight
•Minimum of two years of experience in personnel management, including hiring, supervision and evaluation
•Exposure to Human Resources with knowledge of performance management is preferred
