We have an exciting opportunity with one of our clients located in Southwestern Ontario that will offer a great challenge and future growth potential. Primary Responsibilities:

- Manage the business processes and work closely with internal departments to ensure objectives are aligned and achieved
- Act as the face of the company, develop and manage relationships internally as well as externally
- Develop strategies to generate growth
- P & L responsibilities as well as establishing budgets and reports
- Directly manage a team of 4 and indirectly 75 employees

What the client requires from you:

- Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA a strong asset
- Manufacturing industry experience, petro-chemical or plastics preferred
- Results oriented, strong leader who can set clear objectives
- Ability to demonstrate executive business growth initiative and deliver results
- Must be willing and able to relocate to another site globally
- North American travel required up to 25%
