Role and Responsibilities

As a residential generator Field Service Technicians, you will primarily work on-site with our South Western Ontario customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

Annual and Semi-annual Generator service
Testing and diagnostics of both the mechanical and electrical side of the generator
Testing and diagnostics of the AC switchgear
Delivery and commissioning of new equipment
Sourcing parts or solutions to diagnose problems.
Qualifications and Education Requirements

Experience working with small engines, automotive, truck or heavy equipment
Basic Working mechanical knowledge and experience with AC and DC electrical, controls and monitoring systems
Field service experience repairing, trouble shooting and servicing Residential Generators
Aptitude for troubleshooting and working with your hands.
Valid drivers license
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to communicate well, one on one with clients
