    Beautiful brown genuine leather sofa and chair in excellent condition from an adult, non-smoking home. Sofa measures 81" x 35 " seat 18" from floor. Very comfortable set bought from Lounsbury $3000+, selling for $700.Chair measures 42"x 35". Not a recliner but big and cosy. No damages or scratches. Seldom used in formal livingroom. Moving to small apartment and furniture too large.
