We are selling this genuine leather sofa bed / pull-out sofa. The sofa is approximately 5 years and is in good condition; however the leather is starting to wear in a few places (see photos). This is all just surface wearing of the material, but the couch and hide-a-bed are still in great condition and have a lot of life left in them.
