21-speed aluminum hybrid - full fenders, rack - tuned up

This is a ladies Miele Umbria aluminum hybrid. The frame size is 15" (S), and is probably best for someone around 5'3" to 5'7" . It has Shimano derailleurs and trigger shifters, and a suspension seatpost. The tires are almost new. It has full fenders as well as a rear rack, so you can use it in the rain and snow. I gave it a tune up and installed new gear and brake cables and housing, using white housing to complement the decals. The grips are also new. Asking $130.
