Work environment

These positions are at an inbound call centre located in Edmonton, AB. A Payment Services Officer provides services to the general public with respect to Employment Insurance benefits or Pension benefits (Canada Pension Plan/Old Age Security). Extensive training and development opportunities will allow you to acquire a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of Service Canada's programs and services.

Intent of the process:

This selection process will be used to create a qualified pool of candidates and may be used to fill future term vacancies, at full-time or part-time hours, at the Edmonton Employment Insurance Call Centre or Pensions Call Centre (Canada Pension Plan/Old Age Security).
