We are seeking the right person to be a Full time Leasing Agent with our south side residential property management company starting immediately.
Requirements: a fully insured and reliable vehicle which will be used to perform daily duties of the job. A valid Alberta class 5 drivers license. Ability and willingness to work from 11 to 7 Monday to Friday, and weekends when required.
Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, working knowledge of Microsoft office suite and other business and computer software used in an office environment, good customer service skills. Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve. Familiarity with general business practices. An outgoing friendly demeanor.
Duties include but are not limited to: Lease signings, showing apartments, move ins and move outs including inspections and reports, suite cleaning, driving to and from various properties, daily scheduling of appointments, record keeping, data entry, online advertising and marketing, generating notices, delivering notices, interfacing with tenants both in the office and in the field, processing rent payments, answering the phone, communicating with staff and management. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Experience: work in an office environment an asset. Working in property management an asset.
Education: Minimum grade 12. Certificate or diploma in business or office admin an asset.
The successful candidate will be a team player, motivated and interested in learning, and be able to work and thrive in a fast paced changing environment.
Wage starts at $14 per hour plus mileage.
