Our Top IT Client is seeking a Bilingual Candidate to join their team.
Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Fredericton: 495 Prospect St Unit D, Fredericton, NB E3B 9M4
Pay Range: $22/hr
A contract commencement bonus of CAD $500 will be paid after completion of 4 consecutive weeks of service.
A contract completion bonus of CAD $500 will be paid after completing 12 weeks service.
Basic Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in both English and French.
- A typing speed of 40 words per minute is essential.
- Flexibility with hours of operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Voice and Chat Experience. Preferably has worked on dual concurrency.
- Ability to multitask and work with multiple tools to provide the best resolution.
- Functional knowledge of using CRM solution and MS Excel
- Domain knowledge of Retail Customer Service.
