Wally's Coffee is a small coffee shop in the lobby of Victoria Professional Centre. We are looking to hire someone for 7-10 hours a week (possibly more) to work in the cafe and oversee some management responsibilities. If you love food, coffee and people and you have management experience, we would love to meet you. Please see duties listed below.

Staff Management
• To hire workers who embody the Wally spirit (family)
• To train staff effectively according to the Wally’s manual & Training Tests
• To meet with staff at regular intervals ensuring quality performance, email updates and changes
• To make monthly schedule by the 20th of each month
Food Planning
• To communicate and plan effectively with Hannah before weekly shop
• To shop cost-effectively and seasonally
Supply Organization
• To seek out most ethical and cost-effective supplies and ensure supplies and food are stocked
• To maintain good relationships with suppliers
• To keep behind counter, back room and lower level storage areas organized
• To wash aprons and shop-towels weekly
Administration & Marketing
• Ensure proper money balancing with Roy through emailing month-end reports
• Ensure current marketing ideas are communicated with Julie via bi-weekly meeting
• To prepare deposit every 7-10 days
• Ensure there is adequate change for the float
• Compose monthly numbers for Julie
• Maintain good records of all Wally’s purchases
Reports to: Julie
Transportation: must own reliable vehicle
Dress Code: Professional/Practical
