Looking for individuals with:
>Drivers license (G2 or greater or will be obtaining one)
>Superb customer service relation skills

What does it take:
Client meetings with union members, referrals and the general public at times. We also provide for the food banks! In our clients meetings you will decide with the client what financially is the best benefit package is for them all from the training we provide! If you think you would be great one on one this may be the perfect position for you. Also looking for individuals who want to join a leader team who will build and run their own successful team. You can even grow into greater areas in Ontario.
>Provide customer service with a fun outgoing mentality, yet be able to remain professional.
>You will be dealing with our clients one on one on a daily basis.
>You will be providing and explaining their benefits and programs through client meetings.
>Developing other team members, and over seeing the company as a whole.
Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information , Multi-tasking.
Knowledge and Experience:
>Strong communication and interpersonal skills
>A positive attitude and results-oriented work ethic
>An ability to self-monitor progress against project goals and employ corrective actions as necessary
>Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving
>Results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
>Business, Sales, Customer Service and Management background a definite asset
