Key Responsibilities include
- Provide the best customer experience
- Opening and closing tickets in a timely manner.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Solve level 1 technical issues and problems
- Enter data in the CRM and ERP
- Coordinate between different departments.
- Have fun.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Customer Service
- Problem Solving
- Intermediate computer skills required on PC based software – Salesforce, Google, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Able to multitask, prioritize and organize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well independently.
