Custom PC - RTX 3090, Ryzen 9 5900X, 32GB RAM, 2TB SSD, EK Loop

Liquid-cooled, professional-grade desktop workstation with an RTX 3090.

Used mostly for some AI software development and a bit of gaming. Only selling because I got a new Mac and it handles my heavy workflows just as well. “Low milage” i.e. it was powered off most days. This was not my primary or daily-use machine. Well maintained too, regularly cleaned out any dust and replaced the cooling liquid.

Thoughtfully built, sparing no expense on the minimalist black and white components. It’s a real work of art. It has a specialty motherboard with support for rare pro features like ECC memory and Thunderbolt 3. Fully liquid-cooled. Separate dedicated cooling loops, pumps, radiators and fans for both the CPU and GPU.

Notably, this RTX 3090 is liquid cooled on BOTH sides (it has an active backplate). This is rare, but important for a card with so much memory, to keep all the chips on that side cool. The result is better sustained performance and less long-term wear on the card. All of the GPU cooling loop parts are top quality, from EKWB, shipped from Europe, costing ~$700.

The RTX 3090 has the same huge 24GB of dedicated memory as the more recent RTX 4090. This makes it still very desirable for ultra high-end gaming, editing, 3D rendering or AI tasks, especially when properly liquid cooled like this one is.

The Lian Li case is a masterpiece. Super heavy, made entirely of tempered glass and brushed aluminum. It looks and feels like a professional appliance. It has to be seen in person to tell, but the build quality is incomparable to pre-built systems with plastic cases from BestBuy, Alienware, or most other builds which typically use inexpensive no-name cases.

Will be clean, dust-free and ready to go with a fresh install of Windows 11 Pro. Original boxes, extra fans and other accessories can come along, including the original air cooler for the 3090.
