DINING ROOM SUITE, ONLY USED FOR 31/2 YEARS, AWESOME CONDITION!

I'm offering for sale a dining room suite that includes one table with one leaf and six chairs. This suite is in excellent condition. It was used by a pair of Octogenarians who purchased the suite new from Leon's and used it for 31/2 years. They only used it when they had company over for dinners and used their small dining room table for everyday use. They took very good care of this suite; it's in immaculate condition! The hardware used to open and close the table is very robust. The table is 47-3/4" round without the leaf and is 65-1/2" long X 47-3/4" wide with the leaf installed. The original price for this suite was $1466.85. I've reduced the price by 25%. I'm asking for $1100.00 for this suite. I feel this is a reasonable amount because of the condition of this suite. This suite could easily be sold as "new"! Thank you.
