The commercial division of Club Piscine is looking for professional assemblers. Anybody who feels competent is encouraged to apply; our goal is to get in touch with as many professionals that prefer to work on a project to project basis. The work environment is a relaxed one, paid by the hour and the end goal is doing the job very well. The assembly jobs consist usually of gym equipment and/or patio outdoor furniture.
These jobs can take place anywhere from down-town Montreal to the suburbs of Montreal.
The individual must have:
- attention to detail
- capacity to be flexible/adaptable in solving a problem
- mechanical tolls and hardware knowledge and/or understanding
- the ability to employ mechanical tolls (hex keys, screw drivers, tubular keys and ratchets etc) in order to assemble the product
- the capacity to read and use the PLANS / DIAGRAMs of the equipment/furniture to be installed
- the ability to unbox products, with the use of an olfa knife, without marring the product(s)
- good communication skills
- ability to work within a team of assemblers
- ability to lift 50 lbs ( 23kg)
A plus, but not mandatory:
- class 5 drivers license and a car
- the ability to drive a 20ft box truck
- tools (mechanical, power tools, and whatnot)
- ability to lift 100 lbs (45 kg)
