I love people!! In fact, I love them so much I want to be with them all the time. I like to give lots of hugs and I can tell the best stories. I love relaxing, hanging out with my people and being pet. Since coming into foster care I have learned so many wonderful things. Did you know that toys arenât scary but actually sooo much fun to play with? I can play with squeaker toys forever, they make the coolest sound. I have also learned how to sit, give five and I am now working on spin. I donât understand why I need to do a circle just to get a treat but, itâs fun to get those yummy treats. I am also getting really good at coming when I am called. I like running around outside, chasing birds, chasing my favorite squeaker ball and cooling off in my pool. My foster mom says I am such a good girl that I donât need t be crated because I donât cause any trouble. I just hang out on the couch or my bed. Thatâs a good thing because I hate being confined. I also enjoy going for walks and hikes but I do prefer a quieter environment as too much commotion can be very scary for me. Iâm still trying to understand this leash thing that doesnât allow me to go where ever I want like I use to be able to do when I lived a life on my own as a roamer. Sometimes I have a hard time going to sleep so I would love a home that I can sleep close to my people. I am currently living with dogs and cats and I love them both but it might be best if I was the only pet as I do have some guarding issues. However for the right family and pets I would be ok and happy to be with them. I do not make friends with other dogs and cats easily though, so I would need some time to get to know them before being able to live with them. I still have a lot to learn in this new, wonderful life so I will require a home that will have patience and understanding of my needs as many things can be scary. I am wonderful with all people, but it would be best if my forever home had older children. Some things that I am looking for in my forever home are lots of love, time and patience. I am also in need of a large fenced yard, and a place that I can use my voice. I am a sweet girl that has so much love to give. With lots of guidance, patience and tons of love, I can be even more wonderful. If you think I would make an amazing addition to your family and you are willing to open your hearts to give me a forever home, please go on our website and fill out the application.

Things you should know about buying or adopting a pet
While pet sellers can be reputable individuals or breeders who treat their animals well, the ease of selling pets over the Internet also makes it attractive to careless, irresponsible breeders and scammers. To protect yourself, you must be careful and believe only what you see and not what you are told. It is highly recommended to arrange for an inspection of the home where the pets are bred. This allows you to check that the mother and other animals are living in suitable conditions, being well cared for, and are in good health.
Remember that the Kijiji Pets section is NOT intended to facilitate uncontrolled breeding, irresponsible commercial pet trading, trade of dogs or any other animal for the purpose of fighting or stud services. Any ads that are suspected of promoting this kind of activity or reported to us will be removed. Users are responsible for adhering to the applicable conditions in relation to adopting, buying, selling or listing of an ad on Kijiji.
Kijiji encourages, where possible, the adoption of pets and encourages all pet owners to have their animals spayed or neutered as well as microchipped.
When looking for a pet, it is important to meet the breeder or seller and examine the pet before agreeing to anything. Since Kijiji is local to your community, this should be easy to arrange. Never adopt/buy a pet from someone who is unwilling to let you see how and where the animal is living!
