Things you should know about buying or adopting a pet

While pet sellers can be reputable individuals or breeders who treat their animals well, the ease of selling pets over the Internet also makes it attractive to careless, irresponsible breeders and scammers. To protect yourself, you must be careful and believe only what you see and not what you are told. It is highly recommended to arrange for an inspection of the home where the pets are bred. This allows you to check that the mother and other animals are living in suitable conditions, being well cared for, and are in good health.

Remember that the Kijiji Pets section is NOT intended to facilitate uncontrolled breeding, irresponsible commercial pet trading, trade of dogs or any other animal for the purpose of fighting or stud services. Why bring home a puppy we’ve raised over another puppy? Here’s why!

-We temperament test ALL our puppies prior to them going home. Don’t pick a puppy and just hope its temperament is a good match for your family or life. Know that the foundational temperament of your new puppy will be a great fit for your family before you commit to your new puppy. Read our thorough temperament test evaluations to learn more about each pups temperament and if they would be a good fit for your home.

-We genetics test ALL our puppies! We don’t put doodles together and say they are automatically non shedding. Because ALOT of doodles will and do shed!! Non shedding comes down to their genetics. If you are buying a “non shedding” doodle but the breeder doesn’t understand genetics or test each puppies genetics, you actually have no idea if your dog will shed or not. We genetic test all of our puppies so we KNOW their shedding propensities and will tell you before you commit

-All our puppies go home already spayed and neutered. Save yourself the $1000 vet bill in 4 months time, as well as the 2 weeks of recovery time and having to limit physical activity. Your puppy will come home to you with all of this already done. Paid for, and done.

-We raise ALL our puppies on our advance curriculum, including daily exposure and socialization activities. And we don’t just say we do this with our puppies, we post videos of it to prove it. Our puppies go home with such a strong foundation. The work we put into each puppy before they turn 8 weeks old is sometimes more than owners put in during their dogs first year. We are COMMITTED to raising well socialized and well balanced puppies

-ALL our breeding dogs are health tested and are treated as members of their family. We do NOT own kennels or facilities. We raise all of our puppies in our home with the family and they are treated as such.

-ALL our puppies go home with a 30 day training program. Don’t take home a new puppy and then feel overwhelmed because you aren’t totally certain of what to do next. We send you and your new puppy home with a day by day program that will hold your hand through the first 4 weeks of raising your new puppy! We want to send you home equipped with confidence, education, support and guidance
