Boone Trucking is looking for Professional Class 1 CDL Company Drivers and to service our ever-growing client needs. We are a premier motor carrier serving the agriculture, energy, mining, forestry, aerospace, military, and manufacturing sectors across North America.
Professional Company Drivers:
- North America Fleet (Flat Deck, or Specialized Fleet)
- Must have at least 3 years OTR verifiable experience. May consider exceptional candidates with less.
- Percentage Pay Package - Your Experience PAYS here!
- Our top OTR Drivers earn over $100K per year, and always run LEGAL
- Paid Layover / Special Delay Pay / Hourly Pay on site specific jobs
- Paid Annual Job Specific Training (Load Securement / Hours of Service / CVSA / Etc.)
- We provide personalized uniform shirts, coveralls and high viz apparel to all employees
- We mostly transport equipment on open deck trailers without tarps
- Monthly Driver Recognition Program ($500.00 Non-Taxable Cash Bonus)- Driver of the year receives an all-inclusive vacation for 2 anywhere they'd like to go ($5000.00 cap).

- Direct Deposit Pay Every 2 Weeks
- 24/7 Dispatch, Customs Clearance, Driver Support
- Assigned Late Model Truck (with Satellite TV radio, Fridge, Coffee Maker, Microwave, iPad & Printer)
- Our in-house shop completes all service and maintenance at main terminal
