T3 T4 T04E T3/T4 Turbo 0.63A/R 400+HP, Boost Turbine 7psi-21psi

Selling a brand new T4 turbo. I am building a twin turbo car. I ordered this one first for the fit up but they were to large to fit in the car. So I had to settle for smaller ones. Has never been run. Was just to big to fit. Would work well in a single turbo car.
