Don Smith Land and Farm Equipment Auction

We will sell by public auction on location at NE 3-39-23 W4M Saturday May 25th starting at 10am. This is a full sale with Antique John Deere tractors, vehicles, tools, parts and misc houshold items. We will also be auctioning off 88 acres of prime pasture land, complete with 140' x 40' straight walled metal clad building. This fantastic building has 80' allocated to a 2 door shop, with 60' being a framed 6 bed 2 bath house. Sale will start at 10am with the equipment and misc and the Land will sell at 1pm.
