Discover AquaFit: A FREE 65+ event (Registration required)!

Mark March 26th! Are you 65+ and looking to find physical activity that you enjoy and feels good? Have you ever wanted to try exercising in water but don't know where to start? The FREE community event 'Discover AquaFit' is just for you! Register now for a fun hour of fitness where you will try four (4) types of aquatic exercise for free! Refreshments will be provided for a social hour after the class. Spaces are limited, so register now to secure your spot. Registration ends on March 15, 2024.
