These are cast iron weight plates from fringe sports. They can be used in a rucksack, swinging like a kettlebell, or holding onto the handles during weighted movements. There are a 45, 30, and 25l0 lb plate and I am selling these as a set. These are a unique item as fringe sports does not currently deliver to Canada
