Available 7 DAYS A WEEK (7 a.m. to 9 p.m.)
Whether you are an A client, B or C, I can get it done.
Commercial, residential, consolidation, construction.
My background: 23 years in the legal field of real estate, 28 years as a real estate investor, completed Phase I and Phase II of the real estate course and 5 years as a mortgage agent. This does not include my post secondary education consisting of two years at St. Lawrence College, three years at George Brown and three years at the University of Ottawa.
I have touched every corner of this business for 28 years and understand the process from beginning to end.
I take care of my clients as people, not a number. You can reach me anytime unlike when you call one of the big five banks and cannot get a hold of anyone for days. I will call you for information and documents, etc...Now that is a change as opposed to trying to get a hold of your banker. Also, no need to take time off to arrange your mortgage, I work around your schedule. Most of our communication can be done by e-mail, text or phone, you just need to meet with me once to sign at your convenience.
I can get you the same low interest rates as the five big banks, but I can offer better products i.e. Prepayment privileges, insurance for free for one year to cover your home from any defects i.e. furnace, roof or any problems you may discover after purchasing your home up to $10,000. The products vary from lender to lender.
I have worked up to 2 years to set up clients who need to fix their credit and help them get back on their feet in order to purchase a home or refinance a home. This consulting is FREE, you will only be charged for the deal once it goes through and not for consultation.
I have access to lenders across Canada and can do deals across Canada, so unlike the one box of rules and regulations that are limited dealing with one bank, I have access to many, many boxes. That is why I can more than not, find a solution that will fit your needs. I also deal with some of the big banks, Scotiabank, TD and I also deal with Desjardins.
Now, many people think that mortgage agents charge, no and yes. With most A clients, the bank pays me and many of my mono lenders, why, because it is cheaper for them to pay a mortgage agent than hire someone wherein they have to provide them with an office, pensions, computer and everything else that comes with hiring someone. Now, if I need to use a private lender, no,; no-one pays but the client i.e. lender fees, lender's lawyer fees and my fee, however, all of this is disclosed to you prior to the deal closing. When you are refinancing, it can just be added to your mortgage.
I love a challenge.
