I have 9 years of accounting experience working for Small and Medium size companies. I am CPA certified, and have been a Financial Controller for the past two years. I am also acting as a part time controller for a small local company, as they found that they were not getting enough support/expertise from their outside bookkeeper.
I am currently conducting some market research to see if there would enough a need for this type of service.
My expertise would include Month End Processing, Budgeting, Forecasting, General Ledger Reconciliation, and Cost Control.
Other functions could include Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, however these are functions that could fall under a staff accountant or a bookkeeper.
