This is so beyond my comfort zone of putting myself out there. I am doing it so you and others can see there is hope and everyone can do it! I have never had a real huge weight problem. I have always enjoyed sports and working out. My issue was that I had terrible eating habits. I would eat fast food 4-5 times a week, and then I thought if I didn't eat, or skip a few meals that I would lose weight. Boy was I wrong..
I used to come home from work or while at work, want to nap, every day. I would never have any energy and I knew it wasn't right. I knew I had to change my eating habits, start eating healthier and start working out. I want to improve myself so I am better every day instead of sitting wondering what if I was healthier.
Since I was introduced to the 21 day fix I have learned so much about nutrition. I love the programs and am gaining muscle and I feel fantastic. Using the portion control containers helps me control how much I eat. Getting into shape and being healthy has been a LIFE changing decision for me and my family.
I want to be able to share my story with as many people as I can.
