Your Indoor Group Transformation Challenge! (Action Required)

It’s Emerson Petri here, Cambridge’s #1 Fitness Professional. Who is this program for? This group fitness program is designed for people who are 18-60 years of age. We have tons of members who would fall under the beginner category and are slowly building up their abilities by following our safe, functional, progressive program. Some people fall under the intermediate or even the advanced level category. It’s my job to make sure everyone is challenged. We have moms and dads, father son, mother daughter pairs, husband and wife teams as well as people who join the program individually. No matter your reason for joining a fitness program this year, just know that we’re all in this together. It really is a family like atmosphere.

What is this program all about? ProActive Training is a specially designed fitness program that combines functional training, resistance training, core strengthening and high intensity interval training which leads to maximum fat burning. This boosts your metabolism allowing you to burn massive amounts of calories. Generally speaking our members have goals such as (Weight loss, lean muscle gain, core strength increase, cardiovascular improvements, and improved mobility/flexibility). Every class that you will experience is going to be different and will incorporate key elements which will help you gain and maintain long lasting results. Enjoy our classes and have peace of mind knowing that it is the most comprehensive group training program around!

When and where do these classes take place? Our Indoor Training sessions are hosted at Blair Road Public School here in Galt. The address to the school is 85 Sunset Blvd Cambridge. Sessions happen 5 days a week Monday-Friday 6:30-7:30pm. This season goes from January 9th-April 28th.

We have two package options for this season both are equally as great in terms of service but one just includes one more personal training session a month as well as more Bootcamp sessions during the week.

Packages: Cash, Cheque or E transfer (preferred) are your payment options. Packages are paid in full or can be split in half. (Jan 9th-Feb 28th, March 1st-April 28th) If you have a family member joining with you, divide the second package in half.

2x/week Package: Includes 30 group training sessions (Jan 9th-April 28th). $13/class + HST. One Free PT session/month, a customized meal plan and all the love and support you need to succeed. 110 monthly Inc tax. $15 to drop into additional sessions

Unlimited Package Best Value (new): This package has just replaced our 3x, 4x and 5x/week packages. Instead of paying for all the sessions this package remained the same cost as our original 3x/week but now includes all sessions. We care so much about our members that it’s our #1 goal to help you all succeed. Includes: 72 group training sessions (Jan 9th-April 28th). $6.88/class + HST. Two Free PT sessions/month, a customized meal plan and all the love and support you need to succeed. 139.75 monthly Inc tax.

This season we’re going to be running a ProActive Transformation Challenge! There will be one Male and one Female winner at the end of the 16 weeks. Please Book in your measurements by Sunday January 15th! We will record your body fat, tape measurements as well as take your before pictures. (Front, Side, back) It’s best to wear shorts and a tank top/sports bra if you’re a female or shorts and a tank top /no shirt if you’re a male. If you prefer to have your head cropped out of the picture we can do that too. I want everyone to participate in the challenge. Let’s see how much you can change your body over the next little while. It’s pretty amazing looking back on the progress at the end.
