You may find this surprising but a staggering 95% of all personal trainers out there are a complete waste of your time and your money.
There are these so called "personal trainers" that will have you complete the same boring old workouts day in day out. Other "personal trainers" will stand there with a clip board as they yawn and stare at you doing some exercises... I like to call these guys your personal watchers. Then there are the other personal trainers that don’t care about their clients so they stick you on a treadmill or elliptical for a prolonged period of time so that the session can go by faster. It makes me sick.
Then there are the other 5%.... These other 5% are the fitness professionals who are professional, caring, motivating, and knowledgeable. They also have a proven track record of delivering massive amounts of results in record time. This is where I come in.
I’m the owner and operator of ProActive Training and Nutrition. We are a professional all-inclusive results training business which is built on the sole priority of getting people kick butt results!

This is my lively hood, this is what I do full time day in day out. I’ve grown to understand various training practices and how they can be used to deliver tremendous results in record time. My group training sessions are affordable and more effective than traditional one on one training at your typical commercial gyms.
I do however incorporate a lot more value in my programs by including everything…. I’m serious. A complete fitness assessment, ongoing progress reports, body fat analysis, meal planning, program design and adherence. You name it- it's included. I also write write weekly newsletters that are geared towards helping you improve your overall health. These newsletters will always include easy to follow recipes, tips on training and staying motivated. Oh, and its all included.
Our new indoor training program begins January 9th. We have 40 members currently signed up and registered but we're looking to help guide 10 more members to a fitter, healthier, stronger version of themselves.
