This program is specifically for those who are wanting to concentrate on making definite changes not only in their physique but also in their fitness levels from start to finish.
This program will be unique, the numbers are limited because I want to offer personal training benefits for a fraction of the cost.

This class is going to focus on full body training for beginners and intermediate Fitness Levels wanting to focus on physical change and definition.

If you are looking to see true muscle definition then this program is just for you.

Male and Females and all ages are welcome.

This class will be specifically designed to improve strength and tone muscle.

Upper body, lower body and core training split into weekly goals of achievement will be the focus.

You will receive a log book to monitor and SEE your results and achievements.

You will receive a exercise homework book to be done at home by you.

This will be a 16 week commitment program that is only for those serious about Emotional and Physical change.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 16 years here in Canada and internationally and I also know that TRUE CHANGE takes time.....16 weeks of solid commitment of a specific fitness plan to tone your entire body.
