HIIT (Tuesdays 7:00pm, Thursdays 6:30pm)
High intensity interval training (HIIT) is an immensely popular fitness trend because of the efficiency of the fat burning workouts. HIIT is a workout style comprised of short work periods followed by short rest periods that mix cardio and strength training at a high intensity. It is a great full body workout that has you burning the most calories in the shortest amount of time. This class is great for beginners to advanced. Come join us friends for some sweaty fun!
Fighting-Fit/Fitness Kickboxing (Thursdays 7:30pm, Sundays 2:00pm)
Fitness kickboxing is an exciting, unintimidating, and fun way to lose weight, burn calories and get stronger. Knock out boredom and blast fat all over with these muscle-sculpting workout. This class can burn more than 500 calories! It targets arms, shoulders, abs, thighs, and glutes in one workout and is great stress relief! Join us in this fun, non-competitive, and exciting class!
Obstacle Course Race Training (Wednesdays 7:30pm)
River City Fitness believes in being prepared, in being ready. Obstacle course races will challenge you, will inspire you, and will motivate you if you are ready for them. Our OCR bootcamps will help build skill in the obstacles and help you prepare for any obstacle you may face in these fun, challenging, and increasingly popular races. You don't need to race to enjoy this class for ALL levels of fitness. Come try something new!
