Additional coaching lessons such as grocery shopping tour, kitchen makeover, sugar lesson, fruits and vegetable lesson, the fat lesson, preparing strategies, eating on the go, understanding energy balance, eating patterns, etc.
Each lesson will be 30-45 minutes long and will supply you with materials to advance your knowledge on the above listed subjects.
