I'm a female certified personal trainer.
I can train you for a week, a month, etc. No contracts. I can show you exercises, techniques, and put you through routines that you can later do on your own - if you wish. I'm easy to get in touch with and will always answer any questions you have, even after our training is done.
I can also write up workout plans depending on your needs so you don't necessarily have to be physically trained by me.
Or I can be the person to kick you out of bed and make you work out because you lack motivation.

I'll be starting class at the end of October to become certified as a 'Healthy Eating and Weight Loss Coach.' This allows me to create diet plans for clients.
I charge $25 per hour/session.
