In April I started taking part in a boxing boot camp for teachers with a number of my colleagues. I didn't know what to expect when I signed up for boxing but I am so glad I did. My experience at Sydfit has been fantastic. The staff are friendly and supportive and our trainer Mel is amazing. She knows her stuff and pushes us beyond what we think our limits are. I feel amazing after every workout both physically and mentally. I would highly recommend boxing training as a fantastic physical workout and the best place in the KW area to do it is at Sydfit in Kitchener.

My sister and I decided to start going to sydFIT together. Almost 3 weeks in. I feel like a million bucks. My energy level has increased so much and I just feel better mentally and physically. My sister and I motivate each other and encourage each other. If I don't feel like going, she is going to make sure I go, and vice/versa. I am loving this facility, all the staff and the incredible atmosphere. The constant switch up of exercises/weight training/boxing ect makes the time fly.(no sitting on a bike for 30 minutes) Bonus is the wellness Centre where I can get an awesome massage after a week of working hard! We see our selves being life long members at sydFIT.
