Whether it’s football, hockey, soccer, golf, or ANY other sport, your physical fitness can mean the difference between losing a game in the last minute of play and winning a championship. Training will include methods to improve performance, enhance movements, and help to prevent injuries. Programs will focus on steady, consistent improvements in strength, power and conditioning ultimately leading to improved performance on the playing field. Planned changes in the programming will ensure results do not plateau and you won’t burn out or get bored.

I am offering my services as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA - CSCS) to help you achieve your performance goals. I have experience working with top varsity athletic programs in the province (Humber College and McMaster University), complimenting a four-year degree in Kinesiology. You will have access to my knowledge and experience along with personalized coaching and programming. I can also help with nutrition and lifestyle strategies to help ensure all the pieces of the puzzle are covered. Athletes of all ages and competition levels are welcome.
