Tuesdays 7:45pm (SOLD OUT - WAITING LIST)
Wednesdays 7:45pm (SOLD OUT - WAITING LIST)
Thursdays at 8:45pm (Close to sold out)
Saturdays at 1:00pm
Sundays at 9:30am
Sundays at 11:00am
You will see very quick results but you have to be willing to work hard and follow our program
