My name is Carl Adams. I have been a certified personal trainer for over 16 years and a certified youth athletic trainer for 3 years. I specialize in in-home personal training. I also offer small-group personal training at my home fitness studio as well as corporate and outdoor boot camp workouts! Many people have been inquiring about my boot camps and want more information about them. Now that Fall is here and Winter is right around the corner my boot camps will take place indoors at my home fitness studio. Workouts will encompass all areas of fitness: core work, strength training, flexibility, cardio and plyometrics. I use kettlebells, free weights, resistance bands, trx suspension trainers, stability balls, bosu balls, medicine balls, jump ropes and more. Each boot camp participant should bring an exercise mat, plenty of water, workout gear, and a set of dumbbells that will be a challenge at 15-20 reps. The cost for each 1-hour session is $12, or buy multiple-session packages at a discounted price. I accept cash or credit cards. We will be indoors until Spring so weather shouldn't be an issue unless we encounter hazardous driving conditions. Boot camps are for men and women.
