Meals are prepared and delivered on Sundays and you must purchase a minimum of 15 meals - most people order 7 salads, 7-10 meals or more, and then make their own breakfast or also order 7 of our breakfasts. So their 3 base meals for the day are covered. And then they add on snacks or another meal depending on if they are trying to pack on weight or lose weight.
