At CrossFit Response, we have our two separate versions of CrossFit: Basic Fitness and CrossFit Performance.

If you are scared or intimidated to try CrossFit, our Basic Fitness program is for you. In this program, you will learn the basic movements and progress at your own pace. This strength and conditionning program has been structured with the beginner in mind. The heavier lifting and more complex olympic lifts are reserved for the 'Performance' program.

If you more advanced and looking for a challenge, or 'Performance' program is for you. At CrossFit Response, we beleive that strength and power are the foundation of any successful athlete. In this program, you will perform daily mobility followed by a vigurous daily strength program and strength bias conditionning.
