My name is Emilio Ruiz. I am from the Ontario area.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 6 years professionally, a gym goer my entire life.

I have recently gone on my own, and I now offer online coaching for both men and women.

I am 100% all about the individualized plan, and what the specific goal may be. All my programs are made by my own hand each time.
I am backed by science and research. My education is extensive in nutrition and resistance training.

What do I offer:
-Coaching the coachable approach, where I lead and guide
-An initial in depth assessment process that helps me identify your history, your current state and your goal
-An approach at the hormonal level where together we make the body work towards the goal, not against it
-I work with the macronutrients and I modify these weekly or biweekly as needed
-I work with micronutrients and I also prescribe these as needed
-I use an approach to resistance training where all 3 type fibers are stimulated for results
-Cardiovascular, plyometric and circuit training programs
-My coaching programs include virtual meetings as needed (I cover the cost of the connection)
-Email access of course

Some info on how it works:
-You update me weekly: pics, body weight, and several questions that allow me to gauge how your week has worked
-I provide food intake based on foods that you may already be eating
-I provide help with nutrient timing and the types of nutrients to take
-I provide a least 5 proteins, 5 carbs, 5 fats choices for your daily intake
-I adjust food intake weekly as the body is also making changes
-I design workouts for you and your body. If you do to the gym 5 times, then you will get 5 routines
-I provide step by step coaching on what to eat and when for example: fruits can be taken in the morning in between meals (these release special enzymes that help you during the day absorb nutrients better)

-muscle tissue gain
-body fat loss
-energy low energy
-immune system problems
-fitness competition: figure, physique, bikini, bodybuilding
-Health and wellness
-Wanting to regain control of your life and fitness level

Fats and carbs are responsible for many big functions such as: building lean tissue, to have energy, improve appetite, control cravings, sleeping patterns and much more.

-Ongoing Nutrition and resistance coaching every 4 weeks: 225.00

My ongoing coaching program is where most fall in place in. This offers my coaching full force. Staying on board for long periods allows for long lasting habit changes.
