Anything Goes Fitness: A variety of cardio/strength/core conditioning & flexibility training, power packed into 30 minutes.

Soul Conditioning: A class based on yoga & pilates-inspired moves ending with 15 minutes of Yoga Nidra (relaxation meditation).

‘Revolution Rhythm’ – Every Ride is different to increase your metabolic rate & endurance with use of 30/30 & 15/15/15/15 spurts on/off the bike. Strength conditioning & yoga incorporated in this unique-style class. Only 6 bikes available – book fast!

PERSONAL TRAINING: $50/hour; $60/hour/couple or $75/hour/3 friends. Train alone or bring some friends, share the hour & 1/2 the cost to yourself!
