My facility consists of the garage, driveway, and the back yard, which is fenced in for privacy. If you are used to climate controlled gyms, this will likely push you out of your comfort zone, so before you message me about this, make sure you are mentally prepared to put yourself through hardship for the sake of its hardening and strengthening of mind, body and soul. That said, intensity will be introduced gradually to allow adaptation over a few sessions, if necessary.

If you find you are seriously ready to work, then we meet for a movement assessment. Learning to move properly is a humbling experience, but the are not enough words to describe how wonderful the results are to possess.

I enjoy coaching others and helping them reach their potential, but I have a matter of fact and very direct style that only the most dedicated can handle. But if I can bring good into another's life by imparting a skill I possess to a high level, I am happy. If you have a goal to increase your strength and mobility, and the overall health of your skeleton and muscles, then I can definitely help you, if you let me. It will require continual communication and feedback during the exercise, I will have many troubleshooting questions and steps for you to tweak and improve your movement, breathing and posture, and again you will need to be willing to sometimes feel a little uncomfortable, or maybe silly, to get benefits that most people never attain, due to lack of intuitive and creative critical thinking applied to their own physiological mechanisms and processes.

I have all the equipment necessary for serious and *comprehensive* physical gains. Don't underestimate that last part. Comprehensive means with no glaring weaknesses in strength, mobility, flexibility, agility, etc., so we will use movements that activate every muscle fiber in the body and increase posture in every warm up, so that the gains pile on every session.

This is not my job, nor even my primary side business, so I am looking to work with only one male trainee who is free of debilitating injury, is coachable, and serious about exercising and increasing his toughness. That's all I have time for. If you respect the requirement of no cursing on the property, and are willing to make yourself uncomfortable for the sake of incredible gains to strength, mobility, and overall health, then this might be the training for you.

I'd like to talk on the phone with you first to discuss price and schedule, and if this all is agreeable, and you feel good about moving forward after your movement assessment, then I will show you how to make yourself physically powerful.
